How it works
Three steps, no paperwork.
Set the empties aside
Empty, lidded drums and empty IBCs, stacked where the driver loads. If a container held a dangerous good, leave its label on so it travels compliantly.
We collect with your next order
No separate booking. Empties go back on the truck that brings your next delivery, metro or regional.
Inspected and back in service
Every container is inspected for damage and wear, cleaned and relabelled as required, and fitted with a new closure every time before it is refilled. Damaged containers are taken out of the fleet.
Pool and spa drums
A deposit that comes back with the drum.
Our 15 and 20 litre pool and spa drums carry a refundable container deposit. It is credited to your account when the drum comes back.
The system works because the trade uses it. Over the twelve months to 30 September 2026, about nine in every ten drums we sent out came back to us, which is more than 3,200 drums a week that were refilled instead of thrown away.
Figures from AGent's own sales and deposit records, October 2025 to September 2026.
IBCs
A purpose-built facility for 1,000 litre containers.
IBCs left on site after their contents are used are a disposal problem for most businesses. We built a facility to deal with them: recovering, cleaning and repurposing IBCs at every stage of their life, in line with government and environmental requirements.
Cleaned IBCs go back into chemical service. End-of-life units are repurposed, including as tree planters supplied to councils for streetscapes.

- No empties stockpiling on your site
- No container disposal cost
- Less virgin plastic in your supply chain, which helps when a tender asks about sustainability
